Host a digital nomad

Want to host a digital nomad? Start with an honest picture of the space you can share. The Nomad BnB Club is collecting host interest for a members-only home-sharing club. Hosting is not open yet, so this is a chance to introduce your space, not confirm a guest or a stay.

What to include in your host interest

The form asks for your name, email, city, room type, estimated monthly value, and a short description. Room choices include a private room, private suite, entire place, or shared space. The monthly value is a rough estimate of what a month there would rent for; the form says a guess is fine. It is not a published club price.

Share your city only. Do not put a full address in the interest form. The Host Agreement says a full address should only be shared with confirmed guests through the club, never publicly. At the waitlist stage, the team needs an introduction to your space, not the details someone would need to turn up at your door.

An honest welcome beats a polished pitch

Describe shared areas, pets, stairs, and anything else a guest should know. The intended host commitments include a clean, safe, working space with smoke detectors, locks, and basic first aid. Guests should have privacy, and descriptions should reflect the space they will actually find. A spare room does not need a made-up sales story.

You are responsible for checking whether you are allowed to host under your lease, HOA, and local short-stay rules. Hosts also handle applicable taxes and insurance. The club connects members; it does not remove those responsibilities. Read the Host Agreement and Terms before deciding whether your space is a suitable fit.

Earn nights by welcoming members

Once hosting opens, the planned exchange is one night hosted for one club night earned. You can spend those nights at other club homes, not just with the guest you welcomed. Club nights have no cash value and cannot be sold. Cancelled or disputed stays may not earn nights, so the exchange is about completed hospitality, not simply listing a room.

Trust comes first. Members will verify a government ID before hosting or staying, and hosts and guests will review each other after stays. House rules, respectful conduct, and privacy apply throughout the club. Problems can be reported to hello@nomadbnbclub.com; in danger, contact local emergency services first.

Join the list, then tell us about your space

Request an invite as your first step toward the club, and register host interest if you have somewhere to share. Host interest remains pending review, and the team will reach out when hosting opens after trust and safety review. Neither form creates a booking or guarantees approval. For now, a thoughtful introduction is plenty.
