Host Agreement

Hosting isn't open yet. When it is, every host will agree to the following.

Your space

Describe it honestly, including shared areas, pets, stairs, and anything a guest should know.
Keep it clean, safe, and working: smoke detector, locks, basic first aid.
Only share your full address with confirmed guests through the club, never publicly.

You confirm you're allowed to host (lease, HOA, local short-stay rules) and that you handle any taxes or insurance that apply.

Each night you host a member earns one club night. Club nights have no cash value and can't be sold. Cancelled or disputed stays may not earn nights.

Treat guests with respect, give them privacy, and follow the club code of conduct. No discrimination.

You'll review guests after each stay and they'll review you. Report problems to hello@nomadbnbclub.com.

You can stop hosting anytime. Honor stays you've already confirmed.
