What we collect
- Invite requests: name, email, city/country, how you travel, why you want in, and whether you'd host.
- Host interest: name, email, city (never a full address), room type, estimated monthly value, and a short description.
- Analytics (only if you click Accept on the cookie banner): pages visited, device type, approximate location.
Why
To review waitlist requests, contact you about invites and hosting, keep the club safe, and improve the site.
Who sees it
Only club admins. The public can submit forms but can never read anyone's submissions. We use service providers for hosting, database, and email delivery.
