ID verification
Every member verifies a government ID before hosting or staying. Your ID is checked, not shown to other members.
Reviews after stays
Hosts and guests review each other after every stay. Reviews are published together so nobody writes in retaliation.
Code of conduct
Be the guest you'd want. Respect house rules, leave it cleaner than you found it, no parties, no discrimination, no harassment, no illegal anything. Hosts: describe your place honestly and give guests privacy.
Report a problem
Email hello@nomadbnbclub.com or call (978) 238-8866. If you're in danger, call local emergency services first. Reports are confidential and reviewed by a human.
Breaking the rules can mean losing your membership and any unused club nights. The members who invited you will hear about it, too.
